KETCHUP

The accommodating pictures will hopefully tell my "Ketchup" story.

It has been almost 7 months since I have last posted anything. I decided to name this "Ketchup". Since that is what I am doing at this point.
November was a great month, visiting mom and Pat, Jane, Mary Jane, Carol and Tina. Of course my 47th Birthday was an eventful one as well, filled with friends and a great birthday party and the traditional Yemma games. Go Scorpios!
December was fantastic too! Filled with Christmas parties and our Christmas get away to Marco Island with some awesome friends. For those who have never visited Marco Island, I would highly recommend the Marriott Resort. We got lucky and got upgraded to this lavish $1,800.00 a night Lani suite. Sweet is the word.....January is new year and new attitude. I went under the knife for a rotater cuff shoulder surgery. Can you say painful? Six weeks of this crazy contraption of a sling and sleeping almost upright has been very challenging. I guess the end result is sooooo worth it. A few pins, scrapping of the AC joint, bicep stitches and 90% tear later.... I feel great! Luckily Bill and I both have great jobs where we are both Director's. Challenging but rewarding. Bill too; had a birthday..48th this year. I had a surprise birthday party at this swanky tapas restaurant and lounge where about 30 friends joined us for cake and libations. Bill was totally surprised. February is so far a fantastic month. Always the Birthday month for our family. Rock Thomas,Cindy, Blake, Martine, Pat, Nancy,Fergie. and or course at least four of my friends. Happy Birthday to you all!
Let's jump to March and April. Vicki, Blake, Brock and Brock's college buddy came out for a week full of fun! Then in April Carol, Donna, Sue and Bruce came for yet another year of !Aubree also got married to her love Mr. Eric Ross in April! Congrats Aubree Ross! May brought our the girls and Derek for Memorial Day weekend filled with boating and lots of sun and now June is upon us. Wheww! Now I am caught up!

Until next time....

Pam's skill's at digital camera video. Let it be known, I have 20 minutes of another video for all to see. It was a great four days with family. We had many laughs and of course ate a lot of food. Most of all, we spent time with mom and spoil her rotten. We can't wait to get back! XOXO

What Happens in Vegas?

Bill and I went to Vegas again this year for Bill's annual ARMRIT Conference. Four days filled with lots of fun and libations. We had the chance to attend a lovely reception at the Stirling Club at the exclusive Turnbury Club the night we arrived. Bill saw his old instructor and college placement director. Good times. We caught a Cirque Du Soleil show called Ka'. It was a martial arts influenced show that had a stage, costumes and moves that blew us away. The music was beautiful too, I took it upon myself to by the sound track that I am listening to right now!
We walked the strip and took cool pictures of artsy stuff and did not see everything. Bill really liked the water and light show at the Belligago, and I was in awwww with all the chandeliers everywhere! The Hard Rock was a real treat for any guy that like to play black jack at the bar and watch go-go dancers dancing the pole? Needless to say.... Bill played that game for quite awhile.... too funny. I did learn some new dance moves! Tisha and Vini were in town for Tisha's 50th birthday! Happy Birthday Tisha! she looks great! We had dinner at the Mirage where they were staying. We were joined by her brother and his family, and Tisha's mom and auntie. This restaurant was called Samba's. They kept bringing about 8 -10 different types of meats out along with an assortment of yummy side dishes. A Brazilian theme and all the food had great flavor. We topped our trip of with a night cap with the Jourdain's and the following day with a long stroll along the strip. Oh yeah... Bill gambled.... I guess he did not win otherwise we would be in Bora Bora right now!
